As global temperatures rise, heat has become a growing concern for rail infrastructure. Overheated rails can deform, resulting in speed restrictions at best and, in the worst-case scenario, derailments. Monitoring rail temperature has traditionally relied on periodic checks in the field.

With MOÏZ's turnkey solution, operators can count on accurate, continuous, real-time readings from across the entire network without the need to send technicians into the field. Data-driven decisions can be made before service disruptions occur, limiting field interventions for where they truly add value.

Each sensor unit is magnetically mounted on the rail in just a few minutes
